convey your ideas, influence others, and build lasting relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A University Degree withinSTEM(Science, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics) areaAt least15 years of relevantDigital Designexperience from Digital IP designAn expert understanding ofDigital Design Methodologies and flowsProven ability to develop complex digital designs targetinghigh speedand/or low power,and an in-depth understanding of theSoC implementation flowProven ability to solve critical problems with high complexity by proactively involving expert networks, and to exploit deviations in order to support continuous improvementExcellentcommunication skillswith the ability to easily transmit your ideas/proposals in both verbal and/or written forms and the capacity to influence othersAbility to use time productively and efficiently when faced with multiple tasks and prioritiesAn in-depth
