Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our friendly team as DSP at our busy late bar.As a crucial part of our dynamic establishment, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences by delivering top-notch service and creating a vibrant atmosphere for our patrons.Responsibilities:Adhere to all health and safety measures at all times.Welcome guests as they enter the establishment.Check ID.Check tickets.Manage crowds and queuesRoutine searches of patrons on entry.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable atmosphere, identifying and addressing any potential issues.Clean spills, and maintain a clean and tidy environment with routine security checks.Patrol inside and outside the venue.Watch people's behaviour and deal with conflict.Physically intervene and escort people out of the venue, if necessary.Deal with emergencies.Co-operate with Garda, first aiders and management.3. Team Collaboration:Work seamlessly with other staff members, including bartenders, servers, and floor staff, to ensure smooth operations.Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to relay orders, special requests, and any relevant information.4.
