Our client is based in Baldonnell Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operator / Transport Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent role. Salary is circa €38k pa plus pension. Hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. DUTIES OF THE ROLE : Organising delivery of parts to engineers on site as required Price negotiation with transport providers Liase with engineering team on availability of parts Daily stock dispatch to engineers Stock-checking parts on a weekly basis Updating stock records Re-ordering parts for stock Follow up with suppliers on delivery dates Loading & offloading vehicles Inputting stock details on in house system Loading stock in warehouse (forklift) THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : Forklift experience essential General warehouse experience Excellent administration skills Ms Word & Excel skills Min 3 years experience in a similar role For further information on this and other roles call Anna 9121894 or Skills: Warehouse management administration skills forklift licence Benefits: pension
