The Applegreen Finance Graduate Programme 2026 offers a three-year trajectory with cross-functional experience and a strong emphasis on developing future leaders.
Programme structure
The accounting & finance graduate programme is a three-year rotation across finance functions, including:
Management Accounting
Commercial Finance
Treasury
Financial Planning and Analysis
Taxation
Consolidation & Reporting
As an ACCA Approved Employer, graduates receive ACCA qualification support through full exam sponsorship, chosen tuition provider learning support, and a generous study leave policy.
Graduate training and development
Our bespoke Future Leaders development programme combines workshops, online learning, webinars and guest speakers.
It is designed to build commercial acumen and leadership capabilities, covering topics such as:
Business case proposals
Influencing and leadership
Goal setting and time management
Negotiations
Effective communications
Resilience and design thinking
You will also be supported to achieve certified diplomas in Microsoft Excel and Project Management, with access to a tailored graduate portal and a wide library of learning resources.
