Job SpecificationPosition: Junior Relationship ManagerLocation: Bray, Co.WicklowReports to: Senior Relationship Manager / Practice ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Relationship Manager to join our growing accountancy practice.This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to build a career in client relationship management within the professional services sector.You will play a key role in supporting our clients, ensuring they receive excellent service, and assisting in the smooth running of day-to-day client account management.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a first point of contact for client queries, providing timely and professional responses.Support the onboarding of new clients into the practice, including setting up on BrightBooks and other internal systems.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.Assist in preparing and sending client communications, reminders, and documentation.Coordinate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure deadlines are met.Support senior staff with client meetings and follow-up actions.Monitor client accounts in BrightBooks and assist clients with queries related to the platform.Contribute to improving client service processes and internal organisation.Skills & RequirementsFluent in English (both written and verbal).Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.Experience with BrightBooks (or similar accounting software) is desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in the role.QualificationsPrevious experience in an accountancy practice or professional services environment is an advantage, but not essential.Business, Finance, or related degreePart Qualified Accountant or someone about to start Qualification ProcessWhat We OfferCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience.Full training and ongoing professional development.Exposure to a wide range of clients and industries.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Career progression opportunities within the firm.Job Type: Full-timePay: €30,******-€40,****** per yearWork Location: In person
