Job description2Flow is the fulfilment division of the Cyclone Group.We are looking to recruit friendly, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to join our customer service team.On the job training will be provided to successful applicants.Your main duties will be to communicate with customers by email and phone via inbound and outbound calls and some administration work.Our warehouse is located in Dublin 11.What we are offering:A full-time position with a rapidly expanding company.Competitive pay and conditions for the right individuals.If you're a hard worker who can work quickly and efficiently, we will pay you accordingly.The opportunity to grow within the company if you demonstrate the right attributes and attitude.Responsibilities:Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely mannerWork as part of a busy team but also able to use your own initiative to seek solutions and efficient ways to support our customers.Data entry in to prebuilt reportsTake Inbound callsAmend online orders through our WMSOrganize courier deliveries / collections when requiredCommunicate issues to the warehouse team when necessarySkills & Requirements:You are computer literate and comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft OfficeYou must live in Dublin (Ireland) and/or have a means of transportation to report to work at our warehouse in Dublin 11.Fluent English speaker.Excellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityMay be required to work on the floor from periods during peak times.Full Attendance and punctuality are essential.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €***** per hourBenefits:On-site parkingLanguage:English (preferred)Work Location: In person
