IFTN JOB / CLASSIFIEDS LISTING | Egg Post ProductionFacility Assistant Editor, Egg Post ProductionEGG Post Production are seeking an experienced assistant editor to join their busy team in Dublin City.The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to work across a variety of formats such as Feature Film, TV drama and documentaries.Responsibilities of the role include supporting all Editors and cutting rooms across a wide range of projects as part of the in house assistant team.The role also includes support to the Sound and Picture Finishing departments by delivering the appropriate reference or exchange files and liaising with our VFX team providing turnovers.Requirements - Applicants must have:2 years experience doing a similar role in a post production facilityProficiency in using AVID, FCP, Premier Pro and Resolve software programmesSolid knowledge of supporting multiple Avid cutting roomsKnowledge of Shared Storage systemsSolid knowledge of Digital camera formats, codecs and processesExperience and detailed understanding of rushes processing and managing dailies.A clear knowledge of post production workflows particularly for features and dramaExperience and knowledge of VFX turn oversAbility to work on both PC and MAC operating systemsGood general IT and problem solving skillsExcellent organisation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and multi taskTo apply contact work @ egg.ieApplicants with the appropriate experience will be contacted for interview.the WebsiteDirectory ListFestivalsWho's WhoLocationsFilmographyNewsCrewActors#J-*****-Ljbffr
