Excellent opportunity with a leading global financial institution in Dublin seeking an AVP to join the team.The office serves as the Dublin-based EU hub.The AML/CDD AVP role involves managing both a team and ongoing projects.Role ResponsibilitiesSupporting the banking license from a CDD perspectiveLead and execute CDD remediation activities aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies for clients under a new or enhanced banking licenseManage and track progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and quality completion of remediation deliverablesDevelop and maintain project documentation including remediation plans, dashboards, trackers, and reporting packsProvide regular updates on project status, risks, and issuesUtilise various independent online sources to obtain requisite information to satisfy the UK/Ireland CDD requirementsUnderstand the client risk assessment and apply the appropriate level of due diligence to the clientAchieve exceptional quality of AML analysis via information/documentation review and accurate data entryIdeal background8 years experience in CDD/KYC within Banking and Financial Services or Consulting environmentsFamiliar with the Investment Banking operating environmentCDD background with experience in Project Management is desirableAbility to manage a project smoothlyComing from a Big 4 firm is beneficial but not essentialSolid understanding of the client onboarding end-to-end process including the new global regulatory framework, credit, legal, AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, MiFID and the roles of various stakeholders involvedLocation: Dublin City CentreContract Type: PermWorkplace Type: HybridExperience Level: Mid ManagementSpecialism: Risk & ComplianceFocus: AML & Financial CrimeIndustry: Financial ServicesSalary: Negotiable#J-*****-Ljbffr
