Aninternational Financial Advisory Services organisationis seeking a highly motivatedFinance & Corporate Advisory Associateto join its growing team inDublin 2.This role offers exposure to high-profile international projects, working at the intersection of finance, infrastructure, and strategic advisory.As an Associate, you'll play a key role in transaction execution, financial analysis, and client interaction, contributing to infrastructure and project finance deals across global markets.This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional looking to build expertise in investment advisory, financial modelling, and cross-border deal structuring.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare reports, investment memorandums, presentations, and other client deliverablesWork closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlinesCoordinate with transaction teams and engage with client stakeholders, lenders, and project sponsorsParticipate in commercial and contractual negotiations under the guidance of team leadsClient EngagementSupport client relationship management by understanding evolving prioritiesAssist in developing tailored financial solutions for clientsConduct due diligence, business valuations, and investment analysisWork effectively across multicultural and multidisciplinary teamsBusiness DevelopmentConduct sectoral and market research to identify trends and opportunitiesPrepare insights and reports to support business development and proposalsAssist in the creation of pitch documents and RFP responsesDevelop and refine complex financial modelsConduct scenario and sensitivity analyses in line with project requirements, accounting, and tax regulationsGain an understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) structures and project finance fundamentalsCandidate ProfileQualificationsMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldCFA Level III cleared (preferred)Experience1–3 years of experience in finance, banking, investment advisory, or consultingPrior exposure to infrastructure, project finance, or PPP frameworks is a plusExperience working with international clients or institutions is desirableSkillsAdvanced financial modelling and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishTeam player with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with commercial and contractual aspects of infrastructure projectsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary (€70,000)Annual performance bonusPrivate health insurancePension contributionsGenerous paid leaveProfessional development and trainingInternational project exposure and career growthHow to ApplyTo apply, please contact:Richard MinchinatLex ConsultancyApply for this job[Finance & Corporate Advisory Associate / #RM*****]Call us on ************** and quote job reference #RM*****#J-*****-Ljbffr
