Overview
Our client is a large accountancy firm based in North County Dublin that has experienced significant growth.
They are seeking a Tax Senior Manager or Director to join their senior management team.
Due to high-quality work, there is scope for one or two additional Directors.
The firm is committed to staying independent, with the support of a reputable international network, to best serve clients and staff.
Responsibilities
Be a qualified tax consultant, ideally with experience from a Top 25 or Big 4 firm.
Have solid knowledge across all primary tax heads; specialization in VAT or Transfer Pricing is advantageous.
Engage with clients regularly, identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, and contribute to the development of the tax practice.
Lead and mentor staff; participate in team and staff development as a priority.
Be in the office four days a week; the firm operates longer hours Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Fridays.
Demonstrate ambition and drive to contribute to business development and client relationships.
Qualifications
Qualified tax consultant (AITI or equivalent).
At least seven years of experience in tax practice.
Strong commercial acumen with a passion for client engagement and business development.
Natural mentor who enjoys coaching and developing staff.
