Overview
NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: Transformation of the Karlovy Vary Region 2026+ and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
The overall objective of this assignment is for a consultant (the "Service Provider") to carry out a Study on Karlovy Vary region's economic opportunities and challenges for the transition to a green economy and energy system (the "Project").
Location
: Karlovy Vary Region, Czech Republic.
Duration
: The intended start date is October 2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 9 months from this date.

Qualifications and skills
At least bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or Economics (
minimum requirement
).
Fluency in written and spoken English is required (CEFR C1) (
minimum requirement
).
Fluency in written and spoken Czech
will be considered as an asset
.
Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams), proven proficiency in using Excel.
Minimum of 10-years of relevant professional experience in financial and economic assessment of the clean energy investment projects (
minimum requirement
).
At least 7-years' experience in financial and economic assessment of clean energy generation projects and proven by at least 5 projects (
minimum requirement
).
Proven experience in clean energy project financing
will be considered an asset
.
Experience working in Czechia
will be considered as an asset
.
International experience
will be considered as an asset
.
