Tax Manager | Top 10 Firm | Hybrid/ Fully Remote WorkingOur client is a rapidly advancing advisory firm in the nation, focusing on providing consulting, audit, and tax services to prominent domestic and international mid-market clients.As a substantial member of the international network, they closely collaborate with over 57,000 colleagues across more than a thousand offices, spanning over a hundred countries.Upon joining their organization, you will encounter numerous opportunities to shape your desired career path.Your future is within your control.Their clientele encompasses growth-focused entrepreneurial enterprises and leading multinational organizations across various sectors, with operations both nationally and internationally.The role –Overseeing and managing a portfolio of Global Employer Services (GES) clients.Building and sustaining client relationships by providing a high standard of client service.Coordinating and collaborating with other RSM member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives.Working closely with Partners and senior management to deliver GES compliance and consulting services.Coordinating Irish payroll advice and international payroll tax advice.Liaising with clients promptly and efficiently, providing advice, conducting research, and resolving tax issues and technical matters on advisory assignments.Providing advice on SARP relief and transborder relief.Managing home and host country tax briefings for employees, including high net worth individuals.The opportunity –In light of their sustained growth and ambitious plans for further expansion in Ireland, there exists a significant opportunity for a Tax Manager (Global Employer Services - GES) to join their diverse and progressive tax team.The organization has a burgeoning Global Employer Services business that supports clients across the global network in matters related to global mobility.The team is experiencing rapid growth, and the successful candidate will have the prospect to advance and shape their career within established promotion guidelines, coupled with support for the pursuit of specialized expertise development.About you –Qualified with ITI and/or ACA or ACCA.Ability to read situations and adapt behavior to cultivate high-quality and diverse relationships.Demonstrated ability to contribute to new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.Strong technical skills required to deliver Global Employer Services (GES) tax advisory services.Previous experience in effectively managing staff.A team player with robust communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Patrick O'Rourke is an Audit/ Tax/ Advisory/ Accountancy recruitment specialist, experienced in placing candidates from entry to Director level.For a confidential discussion around this or other opportunities in the market, please contact me directly – T – ************#J-*****-Ljbffr
