industrial cleaning experience required.Eco Group Services Limited – Cleaning Supervisor /Team-Leader Job DescriptionTrained on health and safety, manual handling· You will be fully responsible for sending in the timesheets at the end of the working weekFor example if the end of the working week is Friday please send timesheet on the Friday.· To instruct all employees and operatives in their charge on best practice in cleaning· To ensure all operatives in their charge follow all health and safety instruction· To ensure operatives use correct PPE· To ensure operatives use correct chemicals· To manage the use of chemicals and consumables on their site and ensure they are stored correctly· To order all chemicals and consumables from head office· To report any equipment or machine defects to management immediately· To carry out cleaning operatives duties as required· To carry out daily, weekly & monthly inspections of their site as appropriate· To report all accidents or near misses to management immediately· To liaise with client site management and close out any local issues they may have· To liaise with 3rd party auditors (ISO or client auditors) in an appropriate and helpful fashion· To complete all site records and keep site files as may exist in suitable fashion· To handle site waste in compliance with specific site requirements and to ensure compliance with the Eco Group Services Limited environmental ethos and management system· To attend all training as required by management· To attend quality and environmental management system meetings when requested to do so· Manage holiday request and rota holiday/ absenteeism cover· To report all non conformances on site in compliance with the requirements of the quality or environmental management system· To promote awareness of the quality and environmental policies and management systems among site operatives and client personnel where appropriateAny other duties as may be assigned to you from time to timeJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €*****-€***** per hourBenefits:On-site parkingSick payLanguage:English (preferred)Work Location: In person
