Junior Chef De Partie We are looking for a Junior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. The successful candidates will be working alongside our talented team of chefs. Leisure Club Membership Meals will be provided on an 8-hour shift On-site parking Employee Assistant Program Responsibilities: Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guideline. Display creativity and passion for working with locally sourced food, Have a good knowledge of dietary requirements and a keen interest in current industry trends. Maintaining high standards and in line with HACCP regulations Ensure all equipment is operated, maintained and serviced as per manufacturer's instructions and Health and Safety requirements/recommendations Requirements: Experience working within a large fast paced environment Work well as part of a team and have an ability to take direction.
