Murphy & Co is a long-established, family-run wholesale and retail business operating in Enniscorthy since ****.We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced sector, with a strong focus on efficient delivery and exceptional customer service.As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team and support the Group Financial Controller.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Payroll Officer in preparing weekly payroll, including reviewing timesheets and tracking employee holidaysDraft and submit documentation to Revenue and pension providersHandle employee queries related to payrollProcess expense invoices for the Accounts Payable functionManage customer payments and direct debit processingPerform monthly reconciliations of supplier and customer accountsSupport management with KPI reportingAssist in compiling sales reportsReconcile customer orders using the Procure Wizard systemParticipate in various ad-hoc finance projects as requiredKey RequirementsPrevious experience in an accounts or finance rolePayroll experience preferredExcellent attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with Procure Wizard is an advantageFamiliarity with ERP systems such as Sage or similar platformsJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,******-€38,****** per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In personReference ID: HMURPHY032
