Overview
This position oversees the planning, organisation, and management of the Professional Services function within MRAS on a global scale.
The role manages Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects worldwide to coordinate pre-sales activities, project implementations, internal projects, account services, and customer support in line with organisational standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee professional services team utilization to align with organizational needs.
Align team development with organizational objectives as we transition to a fully SaaS model.
Collaborate with senior managers on goals, strategies, and plans to maximize billable profitability and balance non-billable work.
Ensure effective resource allocation by partnering with Account Management, Sales and internal Operations and Engineering teams to set team priorities.
Develop advanced consulting capabilities in solutioning, SaaS, underwriting best practices, and AI.
Build strong client relationships and act as the primary troubleshooter.
Build strong internal relationships, working collaboratively on customer solutioning.
Take personal ownership of the client OnPrem to SaaS migration program of the business.
Establish metrics, processes, and reporting systems for effective performance monitoring, including time tracking, utilization, costs, and margin.
Provide organizational feedback from project learnings.
Lead a high-performing team with a people-first attitude and promote a diverse, inclusive culture.
Qualifications
Degree-level education and relevant project management certifications.
Proven project delivery track record, and skilled in leading, coaching, and establishing trust with others.
Experience building and managing professional service teams and offerings.
Highly effective communication skills and strong at keeping all informed and negotiating effectively.
This a MRAS Dublin office-based position (not suitable for remote working).
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
