We are currently looking for a procurement analyst to join our team in Maynooth.
Role and Responsibilities:
Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve sourcing strategies
Develop and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Evaluate supplier bids, contracts, and proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget constraints
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and finance teams to align procurement plans with construction schedules
Assist in drafting and issuing purchase orders, and service agreements
Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess supplier capabilities and pricing trends
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance
Support forecasting and budgeting efforts by providing data-driven insights on material and service costs
Maintain procurement documentation and ensure adherence to company policies, quality and regulatory standards
Third Level qualification in Business / Supply Chain but with a keen interest in the Construction Industry
Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Excel
Knowledge of building materials is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of ERP Systems is desirable.
