Industry Pharma/Biotech/Clinical ResearchWork Experience 4-5 yearsCity CorkState/Province CorkCountry IrelandJob DescriptionAbout PSC BiotechWho are we?PSC Biotech is a leading Biotech Consultancy firm foundedin 1996, headquartered in Pomona, California, USA, with Global operations inIreland, India, Singapore, Australia and the US, serving 350 clients in morethan 23 countries worldwide.We provide cloud-based software solutions forQuality Management and Regulatory Inspections, pharmaceuticals contractmanufacturing professionals, and metrology services to our clients.'Take your Careerto a new Level'PSC Biotech disrupts the conventional consultancy modelby aligning our EVP as one of the unique selling point which includes theopportunity to work with the most talented cohort of like-minded professionalsoperating in the Pharma/ Biotech Industry.We offer a permanent contract ofemployment giving exposure of working in Top Pharmaceutical client sites in adiverse-cultural work setting.Employee ValuePropositionEmployees are the "heartbeat" of PSC Biotech, we provideunparalleled empowering career development though Learning & Developmentin-house training mentorship through constant guidance to facilitate careerprogression.We believe in creating high performing teams that can exceed ourclient's expectations with regards to quality of all scalable and business unitdeliverables, staying under budget and ensuring timelines for our deliverablesare being met.Overview:The role of the Reliability Specialist is to improve asset management andreliability through technical support of the maintenance function andoptimisation of the site maintenance process.The Reliability Specialist is theprimary owner of the Asset Maintenance Strategy.Through the analysis ofEquipment history and application of technical skills, he/she is responsiblefor the correction of equipment problems causing repetitive failures.The reliability specialist will operate within theEngineering Centre of Excellence (CoE) and work closely with colleagues withinthe IPT (Integrated Production Team).He/she will provide expert advice onimproving Equipment Reliability, Risk Based Asset Management, and CostManagement, and will act in a consultative fashion to assist with equipmentissues, supporting both routine and waves of projects from Accelerate Program /RMRT (Right Maintenance Right Time).This role will report to the ReliabilityLead within CoE.RequirementsResponsibilities:Develops engineering solutions to prevent repetitivefailures and costly equipment problems.Maintains the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programsuch as vibration, thermography, and other predictive analyses, supporting theinterpretation of the results.Analyses equipment history within the CMMS to assureeffectiveness of all maintenance efforts, reducing regulatory concerns, bothcGxP and EHS.Reduces and improves maintenance work, assuring efficientand reliable operation of plant, process, and equipment while protecting andprolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal cost.Benchmarks other sites and industries for new emergingtechnologies and techniques.Implements digital solutions and SMARTmaintenance.Coaches the planner and scheduler to ensure that thePM/PdM services meet key metrics such as schedule adherence, costs, resourceutilisation and others.Complies with the current Quality and EHS ManagementSystem requirements of our Manufacturing Division, as relevant to thesupporting operations.Runs and supports maintenance projects, targetingimprovements with regards to BOMsWhat skills youwill need:Engineering degree qualification, preferably mechanicalor electrical.+5 years of professional experience.Desirable +3 years of experience working in a similarrole in industrial environment or within a specialized consultancy.Ability to analyse and identify trends and patterns.CMMS knowledge highly desirable.Analytics experience with maintenance data can be anadvantage.Ability to build and foster relationships with projectstakeholders.Stakeholder management, identifying key stakeholders anddeveloping a relationship of trust.Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively acrossmultiple teams.Good written and verbal communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
