Are you looking for a flexible work-life balance?Prefer to keep your days free and don't mind working evenings?AtDromoland Castle Resort, we may have the perfect opportunity for youWe are currently recruitingEvening Turn Down Assistantsto join our Accommodation Team.This is a part-time permanent role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests.Role Overview:As a Turn Down Assistant, you'll be part of a diverse team maintaining 5-star accommodation standards.You'll be responsible for the smooth, professional servicing and presentation of our guest bedrooms and public areas, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Schedule:5 evenings over 7 (Monday-Sunday)Hours:20 hours per week | 5:30 PM - 9:30 PMKey Responsibilities:Perform evening turn down service in guest bedroomsReplenish amenities and prepare rooms for evening arrivalMaintain high cleanliness standards in bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areasEnsure a welcoming and pleasant environment for guestsReport to Accommodation Supervisors and ManagersIdeal Candidate:Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or accommodation roleStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCalm under pressure with a friendly, approachable personalityHigh standard of spoken and written EnglishBenefits:Free access to our Leisure CentrePension scheme after 6 monthsSick pay schemeCompany events and wellness programmeOn-site parkingStaff training & development opportunitiesStaff discounts at The Inn at Dromoland and Dromoland Castle HotelCertified Great Place to WorkPlease Note:Staff accommodation is NOT provided.Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland without restrictions.
