Estimator

Estimator required for a leading Main Building Contractor to work in Westmeath. Duties: Interpret and assess tender documentation, including drawings and specifications. Prepare presentations for tender reviews in-house. Attend site visits for new project evaluation during bidding. Utilize estimating software to prepare pricing packages for consultants, subcontractors, and materials. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering required. 7+ years of experience as an estimator for a main building contractor. Essential background in main contractor operations and strong technical knowledge. Proficient in reading and assessing drawings, specifications, and reports.
