Senior Project Manager – Construction
Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead challenging projects and deliver them successfully?
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major projects and manage them from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
Maintain compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
Manage supply chains to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Develop and track project programmes to meet deadlines.
Resolve issues with subcontractors and maintain quality standards.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
Strong background in project management within the construction industry.
Experience in Ireland is preferred; knowledge of controlled environments (data centres, pharma) is an advantage.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and documentation.
