Access Talent Group are currently working with one of Ireland's most well-respected Civil & Structural consultancies who are looking to bring on a Senior Structural Engineer to their Galway office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the country's best structural consultancies with a strong pipeline of projects – ranging from large-scale commercial and residential builds to educational and healthcare.
No two days will be the same
Our client is also heavily focused on CPD, providing numerous paths for development and career growth
This position is permanent, ensuring job security.
You will hit the ground running and get started immediately on a variety of projects.
The ideal candidate will be a great people-person, a multi-tasker, and possess the relevant technical experience.
To be considered for this role:
You must have 7+ years as a Structural or Senior Structural Engineer, graduated with a relevant Civil or Structural Degree, with those 7+ years being on Irish projects post-graduation.
Chartered or working towards chartership.
Experience leading commercial, residential, and retail projects.
Experience with relevant software is desirable (Revit and AutoCAD).
In addition to a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a company pension contribution of 5%, 24 days of annual leave, an annual company bonus based on personal performance (usually based on profits, typically 3-5% of your salary), and bi-annual performance reviews
