With plans to grow the business extensively over the next 5 years, you will be joining a business who are in the process of creating a very special company within the industry Key Responsibilities: This role will involve full life cycle of HR such as recruitment, training and employee relations Assist with recruitment process with support from recruitment specialist Collaborate with management to drive a positive employee relations strategy, providing guidance on legal practices and appropriate counselling methods. Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures, ensuring adherence to workplace legislation and consistency with company policies. Serve as a balanced advocate for team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Review and update existing HR policies and procedures and develop new ones to support company governance. General HR administrative duties and ad hoc projects as required Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business equivalent. Proven experience in HR roles, with comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and legislation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
