Job Description:
Our client, a leading Asset Manager, is looking for a designated person with significant Distribution and Reporting experience to oversee the regulated activities of this organisation in the EU.
Primary Responsibilities:
Working as a Designated Person to liaise with the Distributor to ensure consistency between fund registrations and compliance processes/assurance.
Collaborate with the Client Reporting and Analytics Team to deliver timely sales reports, analytics, and oversee global client coverage.
Lead sales activity oversight to support global distribution strategies, including analysis of client transactions, CRM activity, and industry data.
Provide sales reporting; streamline and automate processes and insights, including dynamic visualization tools.
Identify and monitor key sales productivity and success metrics globally.
Liaise with Finance to ensure accurate sales attribution for firm reporting.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct client research (trends & benchmarking).
Participate in projects across strategy, process, and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
Relevant distribution experience in an Irish regulated role.
7+ years of demonstrable experience in reporting and analytics within the asset management industry.
Strong analytical and technical skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce.com, or similar tools preferred.
