Our 24-month programme is meticulously designed to address real-world challenges, with guidance from industry experts.
Guided by the 3 E's (Experience 60%, Exposure 20%, Education 20%), our programme emphasises developing diverse technical and interpersonal skills through mentoring and hands-on experiences.
This allows participants to thrive in the industry, gaining experience on a variety of projects across various sectors.
As a graduate at CJK, you'll collaborate with a diverse and supportive team, gaining invaluable experience at the forefront of the industry.
