Mechanical Foreman/Woman

Responsibilities:36 month Contract with Strong Pipeline.Supervise and manage a team of plumbers, apprentices, and laborers.Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments.Ensure all work is performed according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations.Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.Order and manage materials and equipment required for the project.Provide training and guidance to team members.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Communicate effectively with project managers, other trades, and clients.Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.Perform complex calculations and planning for unique or large jobs.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar supervisory role.Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building codes.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.Experience with plumbing systems in (mention specific types of projects, e.g., new construction, commercial, etc..Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €53,****** per yearBenefits:Company eventsProfit sharingWork Location: In person
