DescriptionJob PurposeLead the planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, Gantt charts and documentation.Manage relationships with external parties, vendors, contractors and suppliers.Co-ordinate and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure project success.Comply with health & safety regulations, and environmental and quality standards.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.Monitor project progress, track KPI's and report updates to stakeholders.Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across teams.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.Facilitate project meetings, workshops and progress reviews.Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.Minimise scope, time and cost creep, while delivering high quality results.Knowledge, Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role (ideally in Manufacturing)Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Jira, etc)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Strong financial and budget management skills.Knowledge of risk management and change management principles.Willingness to travel between sites.Personal AttributesInnovative and solution driven.Respectful in all interactionsResults driven and proactive.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Confident, fact based decision maker with the ability to influence stakeholders.
