The CompanyThe Company is an award-winning leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers operating across the Ireland, UK, and the Nordics.They have seen dramatic growth in recent years which has made them rank consistently among the top 10 largest accountancy firms in Ireland, and have also been awarded Accountancy Firm of the Year in a recent FD Excellence Survey.The RoleThe Company is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated & fully qualified Corporate Tax Manager to join their Tax Team based in their brand-new offices located on Dublin 4.The main responsibilities include the following:Carry out corporate advisory work for domestic and international corporate clientsIdentify and project-manage tax consultancy assignments using solutions-based tax planningAdvise overseas clients relocating to Ireland on both compliance and tax structuring projectsManage and expand the Company's diverse corporate tax compliance portfolioWork with the existing client base to develop new business opportunities, with a view to maximizing tax efficienciesBuild and maintain client relationships both within the firm and within the wider Company's international networkStay abreast of tax technical changes as a result of the evolving international tax landscapeDevelop and train more junior members of the team - taking responsibility for both their technical and practical experienceCoach and mentor the Company's trainees.The Ideal CandidateCTA / CTC Qualified(Accountancy qualification is also desirable)Minimum 3 years post qualification experienceStrong accounting, analytical, and research skillsExcellent knowledge of corporate tax both in Ireland and internationallyClient focused with an interest in developing new business opportunities for the CompanyExcellent team management skills#J-*****-Ljbffr
