We are currently recruiting for a Construction Projects Supervisor to join our Team.
This full-time, permanent role will be predominantly based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and labour crews.
Monitor project progress against programme, resolve on-site issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Communicate regularly with project manager regarding updates, challenges, and milestones.
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times in line with building codes, legal regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
Coordinate deliveries, materials, labour, and plant requirements to avoid downtime.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and progress logs.
Carry out quality checks to make sure all work meets required standards.
Lead by example, keeping the site safe, organised, and productive.
Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role within construction.
Good knowledge of building practices, trades, and materials.
Ability to read drawings and identify potential challenges early.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage crews effectively.
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance.
Safe Pass and Manual Handling (essential).
CIF Site Supervisor Safety Training (SSSTS) or equivalent is an advantage.
Knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems and advantage.
Full clean driver's licence.
