We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Legal Secretary to support our legal team.This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start or build a career in the legal field.The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of legal documents, manage files, schedule meetings, and provide administrative support to Legal Secretaries, Legal Executives, and Solicitors.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents such as correspondence, contracts, and reports.File and organise documents (both electronic and physical) in accordance with firm or legal requirements.Schedule meetings, court dates, and appointments for Solicitors.Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence with clients and external parties.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information.Perform basic legal research under supervision.Provide general administrative support to the legal team as neededQualifications:Leaving Certificate (required).Legal Secretary Certificate or relevant post-secondary education (preferred).0–2 years of experience in a legal or administrative environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.What We Offer:On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced legal professionals.Career development opportunities.Supportive and professional work environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €24,****** per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
