Business Development: Drive business growth throughidentifying and cross-selling opportunities, leading tender processes,and actively participating in business-winning initiatives.
TeamLeadership and Development: Manage and support a team of highlyskilled professionals, promoting a positive talent experience,coaching team members on technical, commercial, and personaldevelopment.
Quality Assurance: Provide strong technical guidance tothe team, ensuring that assignments are conducted in line with thehighest standards of quality and professionalism.

ClientRelationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build trustedrelationships with clients and provide commercial expertise.
TechnicalExpertise: Exceptional technical knowledge, along with stronginterpersonal and communication skills.
Strong report writing, exceland financial modelling skills.
Team Player: Strong leadership,communication, and mentoring abilities with a commitment to fosteringa collaborative and supportive work environment.
Business Acumen:Ability to drive growth and contribute to the management and expansionof the outsourcing and advisory services business unit.
