About UsWe are a well-established decorating sub-contractor working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects throughout Ireland.Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and maintaining long-term partnerships with leading main contractors.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team for a 9–12 month maternity cover contract.The successful candidate will manage the commercial and cost-control aspects of ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy in valuations, reporting, and payments.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit valuations to main contractorsPrice and record dayworks and variationsNegotiate and agree variations and final accountsMeasure and price projects from drawings and specificationsComplete take-offs using Bluebeam or similar softwarePrepare internal reports and set up project trackersAssist with wages and payment schedulesRequirementsProven experience in a similar role (essential)Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred but not required)Strong Excel and measurement software skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and availability.Job Type: Fixed termContract length: 9 monthsPay: €40,******-€50,****** per yearBenefits:FlexitimeWork from homeWork Location: In person
