Our client, a high-profile international law firm, seeks to hire an ambitious Funds Solicitor in the
2-5 PQE range
to its Dublin team.

asset management and investment funds

This role is ideal for a
funds solicitor
interested in working on high-profile
UCITS
,
AIFs
,
ETFs
and
private funds
mandates - with
above market pay and global exposure.
Responsibilities
Advise on the establishment, operation, and regulation of Irish UCITS and AIFs across a broad range of asset classes.
Support global clients including asset managers, AIFMs, UCITS managers, and MiFID firms on complex
investment funds
matters.
Draft and negotiate fund documentation, advise on cross-border structuring and investor disclosure (including SFDR compliance).
Collaborate with colleagues across Europe, the U.S., and Asia on multi-jurisdictional fund launches and regulatory projects.
Engage in thought leadership, market-facing activity, and ESG-focused legal advisory.

Candidate Profile
2–5 years' PQE
as a funds solicitor ideally with experience in Irish
UCITS, AIFs, or private funds
.
Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of asset management and investment funds regulation.
Commercial mindset, with an ability to advise clients pragmatically and strategically.
Keen to work on cross-border matters in a high-performing, forward-thinking team.
A team player who is motivated to build a long-term career in funds with a global leader.
