An opportunity not to missed Key responsibilities include: You will ensure that all of your therapists are trained to the highest standards and are always developing their skills & knowledge, in line with the industry's progression. The manager is responsible for seeing that Health & Safety standards are always maintained throughout the spa Achieving monthly KPIs and managing the sales budget will be an integral part of the spa manager's duties You will have oversight of the sales & marketing for all aspects of the spa. Develop, train and retain a therapist team who deliver exceptional therapies. Ensure to deliver a unique spa experience, collaborating with the creative & experienced teams in each area. Be responsible for the cleanliness of the Spa and for ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards. To lead from the front, our teams want you present as a leader, especially at the busiest times. We are a 7 day business and we need you to work a variety of shifts to suit the business needs. Previous experience in a similar managerial role in a busy spa with a team reporting into you would be beneficial. Have experience in assisting with developing promotional opportunities to maximise the business's potential.
