Support Administrator – Investment OversightOctium is an insurance group, active internationally in the financial services industry, specialising in the design, structuring and distribution of unit-linked life insurance products for high-net-worth individuals and their families.With our headquarters located in Luxembourg, the insurance companies Octium Life DAC in Ireland, Octium Assurance AG in Liechtenstein with a Branch in Italy and the insurance intermediary Octium International Insurance Agent AG in Liechtenstein and Switzerland, our Group is considered one of the most innovative solution providers in the market.For more information about us, visit our website.We are currently looking for aSupport Administratorto join our Finance Team inDublin,Ireland.In this role, you will report to the Investment Oversight Controller and support Investments, Product Solutions and Customer Services & Administration in all cross-functional processes relating to Octium's broad range of product/investment offerings as well as maintain updated information on the group Asset Management Controlling tools and Policy Administration platforms.You will work within the Investment Oversight function and closely with Octium's Asset Managers and Custodians, as well as other Octium functions.The operating environment we work in is ever-changing and we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients and partners.The role will suit a proactive, communicative and accurate individual interested in working in a challenging and changing environment, with a curiosity about investments and Multi-options Insurance-based investment products.Main ResponsibilitiesIncrease your understanding of the Investment Oversight function in the broader context of Octium.Support Investments, Product Solutions, and Customer Services & Administration in all cross-functional processes relating to product/investment offerings, queries, and periodic controls.Administrate the Octium Investments group email and be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and AM and Custodian partners for all queries relating to the product/investment offerings and investment oversight.Draft Marketing Material in Italian under the guidance of Investments and Product Solutions teams.Run basic routine controls, automated calculations, and escalate anomalies to the Investment Oversight Controller.Be responsible for the administration of the Octium Corporate Action Process: coordinate all internal stakeholders involved and, where applicable, partners involved.Liaise with other teams to coordinate the involvement of the Investment team where it needs to be consulted.Support in preparation of documents for the Investment Oversight Committee and other internal committees and workshops.Support project delivery and drive process improvements and efficiencies.Your ProfileFluency in English and Italian is considered a valuable asset.Self-motivated with an ability to work on own initiative.Strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels and collaborate in a team environment with individuals from diverse nationalities and cultures.Strong organisational skills, ability to work with multiple and tight deadlines, and attention to detail.Experience as an administrator and understanding of unit-linked insurance products would be a plus.This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate, ambitious and truly international team of professionals with vast experience in the insurance and financial sector.If you are interested in this position, please apply via our website.We are happy to receive your CV and any other relevant document.If you wish to have further details, please contact us at******.The personal information you provide in your job application will be treated confidentially at all times and will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).Octium Group is an equal opportunity employer.We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.#J-*****-Ljbffr
