OverviewConstruction Director - Corkc.€160,000 – €170,000+Executive Package(including bonuses, car allowance, LTIP, pension & more)ICDS Group is seeking an experienced Construction Director to oversee a portfolio of high-profile building projects across Cork.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead large-scale developments, working with one of Ireland's most established Tier 1 main contractors.Our client has a strong track record delivering commercial, residential, healthcare, educational, and industrial projects nationwide, using modern construction methods and innovative technologies to ensure excellence across every stage of delivery.As Construction Director, you will provide strategic leadership, overseeing the planning and execution of multiple building projects, while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception to handoverManage senior project teams and site operations to ensure programme successOversee budgets, resources, and project KPIs (quality, safety, programme)Engage with design teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignmentDrive innovation and support the adoption of digital construction tools (e.g. BIM)Report directly to senior leadership on project and business performanceAbout YouProven experience delivering complex, large-scale building projects in Ireland or the UKDemonstrable leadership in a senior role - Project Director, Contracts Manager, or Construction DirectorStrong knowledge of Irish construction regulations, health & safety, and quality controlExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with Tier 1 or leading main contractors is desirableInterested?Please apply online or contact Lukciya Robinson at ICDS Recruitment for a confidential discussion.#J-*****-Ljbffr
