An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team in Meath.
This role offers hands-on experience in residential and commercial projects, working closely with senior team members to develop your QS career.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Senior QS with managing subcontract packages, overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Support the preparation of monthly valuations, internal cost reports, and budget tracking.
Report on variations and maintain subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
Undertake tasks to develop experience and responsibility progressively.
Contribute to multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
The Candidate: 2+ years post-grad experience with a PQS or contractor.
Experience with RC frame, apartment, residential, or commercial projects is desirable but not essential.
Strong IT skills; proficiency in Cubit, Cost X, or equivalent, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
