generate creative product solutions to address unmet needs.Mentor those around you to grow in capability by open questioning to drive self-reflection and development.Actively identify technical and adaptive opportunities for improvements and take action to address.Customer Connection to Drive Innovation:Liaise with key opinion leaders to develop a deep understanding of the disease state, gather user needs;
