Navan - Meath - IrelandThis role is based in Dunboyne, County Meath on our client site.The facilities industrial operative is accountable for the smooth execution of all appropriate functions associated with external maintenance and cleaning tasks across site.He/She will contribute to the high performance culture within the integrated facilities management function by providing a flexible, accurate service to enable the team to achieve key deliverables.He/She is an active member of the integrated facilities management function providing support, guidance and expertise.Site ComplianceRequired to comply with client global policies, procedures, guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current good manufacturing practice in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions.Complete site training and keep up to date with the latest operational procedures.Work collaboratively to drive a safe and compliant cultureSafety / EHS ResponsibilityAttend CBRE toolbox talksWork with a culture of EHS excellence at facility and provide high-quality safety, health and welfare technical approach to assigned operations.Work with site permitting and compliance strategies.Complete Assigned IFM WorksComplete assigned external maintenance and Helpdesk tasks.Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, road sweepers and pressure washers.Replenishment of spill kitsPerform routine external cleaning tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.To respond to emergency requests across the site where a building maintenance activity is required.This includes (but is not limited to) building fabric damage, spills, leaks, drain blockages.Litter pickingRoad sweepingFurniture movesAssist in site event set upsRoad/pathway saltingReport any maintenance issues to the maintenance team.Other adhoc requests from manager as per business needs Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.Notify management of any supplies that need to be restockedFollow all company policies and proceduresTo ensure repairs are implemented with minimal impact to end users or normal operation activities onsite.To be flexible and assist the IFM team in any role required by the businessSupervise of specialist vendors, to ensure work is completed to required standard.Issuing permits to work for third party contractorsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentGood communication skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamService line:GWS Segment
