You will be responsible for document controlling schedules, submittals, RFIs, progress reporting, recording hours for personnel, taking minutes.Must be driven and be able to get staff to close out issues.Our client, a top building contractor, has a vacancy for a site-basedDocument Controllerin Ringaskiddy Co Cork.There are full-time hours available Monday to Friday.The position is expected to last at least 1 year.ResponsibilitiesManage documentation records for projects in compliance with all quality and regulatory requirementsUse of electronic documentation systemsCheck document for compliance with project requirements, issuances of document, update registers and manage all incoming & outgoing documentsProvide administrative support to Engineering and Projects departmentsProject filing/document handover processReview and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)Distribute project-related copies to internal teamsFile documents in physical and digital recordsCreate templates for future useRetrieve files as requested by employees and clientsManage the flow of documentation within the organizationRequirements:Minimum of 1 year's experience in Document ControlExperience working with a building contractorExperience with document management systemsProficiency in MS Office and AdobeAbility to understand technical concepts and work with technical departments and personnel to achieve goalsWell-organised, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communicationTo apply, please contact Bobby on 087 916 01 69 or apply online.#J-18808-Ljbffr
