Warehouse Supervisor Co Galway Fulltime/Permanent Monday - Friday Day Shift Competitive Salary Vickerstock are working in partnership with our FMCG client who have a commitment to delivering high quality food products to customers across Ireland. With a rich history and a focus on quality, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team and contribute to continued success. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will oversee the warehouse operations on site and key duties will include: Responsible for the entire warehouse daily business ensuring all goods dispatches are timely and accurate. All stock movements to be completed accurately and in real time on the company MRP system. Ensuring the highest level of pick accuracy is achieved on all dispatched orders whilst maximising order pick performance. Leading the team of employees providing clear direction and efficiency. Identify areas for process improvement and implement agreed solutions within the department. Communicate regularly with all fellow department managers to ensure the jobs and times are met and completed to customers descriptions. At all times ensure that the Health and Safety requirements are adhered to by the entire team. Provide cover for as required. Any other Ad hoc duties as requested by management. Criteria Previous experience as Warehouse Supervisor, ideally within Food Manufacturing but not essential Strong leadership skills and experience Strong computer and pervious experience in using MRP/ERP systems In return you will receive Competitive salary DOE (more information at application stage) Monday - Friday day shift hours (flexibility required) 20 days annual leave.
