Engineering Manager

Here is a position in a company with a global presence yet a small team where you will help manage a team of 12 engineers spanning automation, maintenance, tool setters and more.

The company is a leading organisation that works across the Pharmaceutical and Medical sectors, manufacturing products via plastic injection and has cornered a key part of the growing market in Ireland.

And you will be a key part of their team management and support the wider business, making sure the team are running well and as a group, keep up to the company's standards.

Responsibilities:

Managing the Automation, Maintenance and tooling teams
Develop strategies and vision for the team's goals and KPI's
Ensure procedures follow ISO 13485 and cGMP.
Lead and support the development of automation systems.
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and Health and Safety standards.Experience & Skill set:

Leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment
Dealing with a cross-functional technical team
Strong knowledge of automation
