KRE Construction is a growing construction company specialising in high-quality renovation projects across residential and commercial properties.We pride ourselves on delivering excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and a reliable service to our clients.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and hardworking General Operative / Handyman to join our team.The RoleAs a General Operative / Handyman, you will play a key part in supporting our renovation projects.You will assist skilled trades, carry out general handyman tasks, and help ensure that sites are kept safe, organised, and efficient.This is a varied role that requires flexibility, initiative, and a hands-on approach.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting tradespeople (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, etc.) with daily tasks.Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work, including basic carpentry, painting, tiling, and patch plastering.Performing general site duties such as lifting, carrying, cleaning, and preparing work areas.Operating hand and power tools safely.Loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.Supporting strip-out and demolition works during renovations.Ensuring a clean, tidy, and safe site environment.Following company health & safety procedures and using appropriate PPE.Reporting hazards, defects, or issues to the Site Supervisor.Undertaking other general duties as required.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in construction, handyman, or general operative work (preferred but not essential).Basic knowledge of tools and construction trades.Good practical skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.Reliable, hardworking, and willing to take on varied tasks.Awareness of health & safety practices.safepass required.Full Irish driving licence preferred.What We OfferCompetitive pay, based on experience.Opportunity to develop skills across a range of trades.Steady pipeline of renovation projects across diverse properties.Supportive team environment within a growing company.How to ApplyIf you're interested in joining KRE Construction as a General Operative / Handyman, please send your CV and a brief cover note to ().Job Type: Full-timePay: €27,******-€32,****** per yearLanguage:English (preferred)Work Location: In person
