Our client currently has multiple Trade counter Sales roles based in their Drogheda branch. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and ensure orders are processed efficiently, in line with company standards. Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers, supporting long-term customer loyalty. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and other relevant activities. Collaborate with external sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service and order processing. Develop customer leads through cold calling and follow up on potential new customers. Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery. Meet agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes while promoting the companys products. Key Criteria: Proven sales experience, ideally within the construction or building materials sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Experience working with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems.
