Crown Decorating Centre Manager - Cork

We currently have a hugely exciting opportunity for a Crown Decorating Centre (CDC) Manager in our Cork CDC.
The Role :
Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Overall management of all sales and operational matters within the store, including stock management
Ensuring Company policies, procedures and controls are adhered to within the store
Consistently deliver excellent customer service
Developing effective working relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Your Profile :
Proven track record of exceeding sales through customer service and coaching
Previous store manager experience in a similar hardware or retail environment.
This role may suit ambitious assistant managers ready for the next step in their career.
Good organisational and commercial acumen
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to building good relationships with customers, your team and other key stakeholders
