PE Global are recruiting for aGlobal Mobility Specialistfor our cloud-based software client based in Dublin CC.This is an initial 11-month contract role.Hybrid working options.Job ResponsibilitiesEvaluate candidate immigration status to validate right to workConsult with employees regarding Mobility policy, answer questions and partner with other Mobility team members to find solutions to more complex employee needsConsult with recruiters and hiring managers on Mobility policies, answer questionsCoordinate immigration and tax evaluation with external vendors where applicableWork directly with immigration, relocation and tax vendors to facilitate exceptional service deliveryProvide regular relocation/immigration status updates to internal team members where requiredUse experience and judgment to solution problems or escalationsAdditional operational duties may include but not limited to; management and tracking of relocation lifecycle, handling internal service tickets related to Mobility, maintaining immigration data records updated on internal systems, review of expense management/cost estimates, pre-decision relocation assessments.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree preferredAt least 3 years Global Mobility experienceProactive planning, executing, and multi-tasking skills with proven ability to re-prioritize with agility in a fast-paced environment.Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and apply excellent judgmentAbility to work independently while closely collaborating with your team.A self-starter able to work independently to complete assigned tasksA trusted advisor and partner who optimizes business relationships to ensure a compliant, fair and consistent outcome for global issues that arise.Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.Please click the link below to apply, or alternatively send an up-to-date CV to*********Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in Ireland***#J-18808-Ljbffr
