Responsibilities
Maintain positive customer relationships and manage customers through all stages of the buying process with regular contact.
Prospect for new customers via traditional and digital channels.
Utilise and convert leads from the in-house marketing department and lead management system.
Qualify customer needs and capture data accurately.
Meet sales targets on a continuous basis.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical departments.
Keep housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work.
Keep abreast of products, updates, industry news, trends, and competitor activity.
Manage own KPIs set by Western Motors and Volkswagen Vehicles and report weekly to Brand Manager/Head of Sales.
Qualifications
Experience: Sales Motor – 3 years (required).
Licence/Certification: Full Driving Licence (required).
Demonstrated ability to sell a variety of add-on products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft packages.
Highly motivated, target-driven, with an enthusiastic personality.
Ability to manage a busy workload and multiple customers; adapt to new processes and systems.
