Job description:The Greville Arms Hotel are now recruiting for a Part time Day Porter to join our team.The ideal candidates will have the following:Experience in the hospitality industry desirable but not essentialPositive attitudeExcellent presentation & communication skillsGood organisational skillsBe able to cope well under pressureExcellent customer service skillsResponsibilities & DutiesAchieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerCommunicate with Reception at all times and assist Guests with luggage and other requests, as necessaryDemonstrate a high level of customer service at all timeAct in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as requiredDemonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local areaSet Conference Rooms and Functions rooms accordinglyPerform Daily Cleaning tasks as set outAssist other departments, as necessaryJob Type: Full-timePay: €***** per hourBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
