Our client is a leading Irish Contractor who undertake projects throughout Ireland in large scale construction.
They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Civil, Residential, Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.
They are seeking Project Managers to take overall responsibility for delivery of projects in Dublin centre
In conjunction with Planning Department, preparing detailed construction programmes
Ensuring works are carried out in compliance with contract requirements
Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards
In conjunction with the Construction Director, manage all contractual issues to ensure risk to the company is minimised
Maintain good client and design team relations
Attend client/design team meetings
Prepare monthly reports for Project Review meetings
In conjunction with the Project QS, appoint subcontractors as required for the project
Requirements
Degree in Engineering/Construction related discipline
5+ years of post-qualification experience on large scale buildings / civils projects
Proven experience as a Project Manager running large scale projects
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Package
Salary €80k - €100K and negotiable dependent on experience
