Our client looking to employ an Quantity Surveyor.This is a contract role located on-site in Tralee.The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing day-to-day cost control, identifying and managing change management, conducting cost planning and reporting.The role also involves liaising with Senior Management and integrating cost management for various projects to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy.QualificationsStrong skills in Cost Control and Cost ManagementProficiency in Subcontract Management and Cost PlanningAbility to generate accurate and timely Cost ReportingExcellent numeracy and analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience in the construction or consultancy industry is advantageousBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldJob Type: Fixed termContract length: 24 monthsPay: €65,******-€70,****** per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingSick payWork from homeWork Location: In person
